Interested parties wishing
to receive bid documents must register contact information prior to
viewing and or downloading of documents.
Legal and policy requirements demand the recording of all bid
document holders. Therefore,
all interested parties must register for EACH bid.
If you have registered for documents pertaining to another bid, you
must create another login ID and password.
Parties may reuse login ID and password for each bid after new
account is created.
