Welcome to Birmingham Public Schools’ Auxiliary Business Services website.  Please utilize this area of the website to view current bidding opportunities for supply or service contract needs in the district or to view the results of recently closed bids.

All interested vendors must register on our website to gain access to current bid documents.  Registration is free.  Your login and password are required solely to track which bidders are potentially bidding on any particular bid.  Since we utilize this registration information to distribute additional bulletins or addendums, the completeness and accuracy of the information provided is solely the bidder’s responsibility.

Bidder’s failure to provide accurate and current company name, address, phone, fax, or email address information may result in not receiving all pertinent bidding documentation which may result in a non-compliant submitted bid proposal.

The second part of this website area contains the bid results for recently closed bid opportunities.  Any interested individual may view the Bid Tally Sheets for these bids without registering login or password information. 

The Bid Tally Sheet records the following information communicated at the bid opening for each submitted bid proposal:  company name, bid security (if required), acknowledgement of received addendums and/or Affidavit of Bidder forms, and base bid price(s).  The Bid Tally Sheet will also include the name of the awarded bidder only upon acceptance by the Board of Education.
